Mr. Thomas Wayne Johnsey, age 60, of Lewisburg passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
A native of Marshall County, he was the son of the late Ruby Lee Johnsey and Henry Allen Johnsey. He was a retired former employee of Inter City Products, a member of the Elks Lodge #1990 and was member of the Farmington Church of Christ.
His parents precede Mr. Johnsey in death.
Survivors include his loving wife of 21 years, Deborah Watson Johnsey of Lewisburg, two sons, David Johnsey of Lewisburg, Jeff (Tracie) Johnsey of Belfast, TN, two step-daughters, Nichelle (Todd) Curtis of Lewisburg, Brandy Harber of Lewisburg, one brother, Larry (Becky) Johnsey of Farmington Community, one sister, Debbie (Joe) Andrews of the Berlin Community, four grandchildren Drew Sanford, Laird Johnsey, Leah Curtis, and Colton Anderson, two nieces and one nephew also survive.
Funeral services for Mr. Johnsey will be held on Friday, July 31, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home with Thomas B. Sumners officiating, burial will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin on Thursday, July 30, 2009 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers Donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
