Mrs. Sherry D. Tallman of Cornersville, TN passed away on May 22, 2009 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
A native of Decatur, AL she was the daughter of Marjorie Robinson and the late Eugene (Gene) Hughes. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist church.
Her father precedes her in death.
Survivors include her husband, James (Bill) Tallman of Cornersville, her mother, Marjorie R. Hughes of Scottsboro, AL one son, Donald Lee Bryant of Nashville, one sister, Rita Arnold of Scottsboro, AL and a very dear friend Betty Grider of Hazel Green, AL.
Funeral services for Mrs. Tallman will be conducted on Monday, May 25, 2009 at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home with burial to follow in Short Cemetery with Brother Buddy Pope officiating. Visitation with the family will begin on Sunday, May 24, 2009 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Lupus Foundation or The American Heart Association.
